Brace Helgeson sells houses under $300K? We didn't know! Brace has a strong brand in EP but we almost didn't call him as we thought he only handled high end houses. We had 3 Realtors out to look at our EP house in Jan 2012 and went with Brace due to his strong reputation and expertise in the area. During the tough housing market the past 2 years, we felt we needed someone with this level of expertise to sell our home. We had it picture perfect and priced right. Brace's team capitalized on this and had it sold in basically a weekend with pre-listing marketing. We also had friends we referred to Brace who were overwhelmed with the amount of work to be done on their house in order to even list it.
