Disco Inferno: 1970s DystopiaWe mentioned Trylon Microcinema’s January 70s sci-fest in our last events guide, but we couldn’t help ourselves and give this enjoyable curation a second nod. Especially with the cold weather out there, there’s nothing quite as relaxing as hunkering down in a dark movie theater for some cinema classics. Grab your friends and some popcorn and take in a films that range from The Invasion of the Body Snatchers to Logan’s Run to Sleeper. No matter which show you catch at January’s sci-fi fest, ticket costs won’t break the bank at just $8 a piece. Show times vary, so be sure to choose a show and buy your tickets online, here for viewings at 3258 Minnehaha Ave. in Minneapolis.
